By law, a training organisation has to accept any Units of Competency you hold which have been issued by another RTO. This is outlined in the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 available online from the Federal Register of Legislation (Reference: https://www.legislation.gov.au/Details/F2019C00503).

To quote from Standard 3, “…RTOs must accept the certification issued by other RTOs. This is the purpose of nationally agreed requirements about the nature of certification content…”. (Reference: Standards for RTOs (2015), Page 23)
