A CASA ‘Form 465’ is a ‘Notification of Training Outcomes’ document which is submitted, by a training organisation, to CASA upon the successful completion of training by student. This provides CASA with notification of successful training of any (or all) the following:
- Category training
- Type training
- Exclusion Removal
A ‘Form 465’ may only be submitted by the following organisations:
- A Part 147 Maintenance Training Organisation (MTO)
- A Part 145 Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO)
- A CAR 30 Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO)
